Cependant, malgr\u00e9 l&#039;importance\nd&#039;une sant\u00e9 mentale positive pour la\nsoci\u00e9t\u00e9, des rapports de l&#039;OMS r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que\n&quot;les troubles neuropsychiatriques\nrepr\u00e9sentent 26 % de la charge de\nmorbidit\u00e9 dans l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne ; ils\nsont responsables de jusqu&#039;\u00e0 40 % des\nann\u00e9es v\u00e9cues avec un handicap, la\nd\u00e9pression en \u00e9tant la principale cause&quot;. En\noutre, ce rapport estime que jusqu&#039;\u00e0 50 %\ndes cong\u00e9s de maladie chronique sur le lieu\nde travail en Europe sont dus \u00e0 la\nd\u00e9pression et \u00e0 l&#039;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. L'apprentissage en famille est efficace\npour avoir un impact significatif et durable\nsur l'apprentissage des enfants, en leur\ndonnant plus de confiance et d'assurance\n(NIACE, 2016). L'apprentissage en famille\napporte \u00e9galement un sentiment de\nsolidarit\u00e9, de coh\u00e9sion et de stimulation\naux adultes et aux enfants qui apprennent ensemble. Cependant, la recherche nous\napprend que dans les familles o\u00f9 les\nparents souffrent de troubles mentaux, les\nenfants ont un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de\nd\u00e9velopper des maladies mentales que les\nautres enfants. Si les risques peuvent \u00eatre\nh\u00e9rit\u00e9s par leurs g\u00e8nes, la plupart de ces\nrisques proviennent d&#039;un environnement\nfamilial impr\u00e9visible et incoh\u00e9rent qui peut\ncontribuer \u00e0 la mauvaise sant\u00e9 mentale des\njeunes.
